Fast Tracking Dispatching LLC ("we," "us") operates HaulOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect: account information (name, email, phone, company name); fleet operational data you enter (loads, drivers, trucks, brokers, invoices); documents you upload (bills of lading, proof of delivery); usage data (how you interact with the Service); and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe).

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to: provide and operate the Service; process your loads, invoices, and communications; send SMS and email on your behalf to your brokers and drivers who have consented; process payments; provide customer support; and improve the Service. Our AI processes your operational data to automate tasks for you.

4. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE DATA

When drivers or brokers consent to SMS, we collect and store their phone number and consent status solely to deliver load and dispatch notifications. We record the date and time consent was given as a compliance record.

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) strictly to send the messages you have authorized.

Recipients can opt out anytime by replying STOP. Upon opt-out, we update their consent status and cease sending messages. SMS opt-in data and consent is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

5. DATA ISOLATION

Each fleet's data is isolated. Other customers cannot access your loads, drivers, financials, or documents. We enforce this at the database level through strict access controls.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use trusted third-party providers to operate HaulOS: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI processing), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data only as needed to deliver the Service.

7. DATA SECURITY

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we follow industry best practices to safeguard your information.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You may access, update, or delete your account data at any time. You can export your data before canceling. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.

9. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, tax, and operational purposes. You may request earlier deletion.
