SMS CONSENT & OPT-IN
How HaulOS, operated by Fast Tracking Dispatching LLC, collects consent before sending text messages.
HOW OPT-IN WORKS
HaulOS is a fleet operations platform for trucking owner-operators. Fleet operators add their drivers and freight brokers to the platform. During the add process, the operator is shown explicit SMS and email consent checkboxes on behalf of each individual being added.
Consent is captured separately for SMS and email. Both checkboxes are unchecked by default — the operator must explicitly check each one to opt the individual in. Consent is not a condition of using the platform.
OPT-IN FORM (AS SHOWN TO OPERATORS)
The following is the exact consent section displayed inside the HaulOS dashboard when adding a driver or broker. This section appears at the bottom of the Add Driver / Add Broker form, below the contact details fields.
Communication Consent
Note: The SMS checkbox shown above is checked (opted in). The email checkbox is unchecked (opted out). Both are unchecked by default — this example shows one opted in and one opted out to illustrate both states.
OPT-OUT / STOP INSTRUCTIONS
Recipients can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message they receive. Upon receiving STOP, the system immediately updates their consent status and sends a confirmation:
"You have been unsubscribed from HaulOS messages and will no longer receive texts. Reply START to opt back in."
Recipients can also text HELP to receive support information:
"HaulOS: load and dispatch notifications from Fast Tracking Dispatching LLC. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Support: support@haulos.app"
Recipients who have opted out can re-subscribe at any time by texting START.
