1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using HaulOS ("the Service"), operated by Fast Tracking Dispatching LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

HaulOS provides AI-powered fleet operations management software for trucking owner-operators and fleets, including load management, dispatch, invoicing, broker communications, document processing, and compliance tracking. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day free trial; no charges occur until the trial ends and you select a paid plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the Service, using it for unlawful purposes, or transmitting harmful code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM

HaulOS offers an SMS notification program for load and dispatch updates. By providing a phone number and checking the SMS consent box, the recipient expressly consents to receive recurring automated text messages from Fast Tracking Dispatching LLC at the number provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on load activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out: Recipients can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which messages are received. After texting STOP, a confirmation message will be sent confirming unsubscription. No further SMS messages will be sent unless the recipient opts back in by texting START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We comply with applicable telecommunications regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC requirements.

7. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By checking the email consent box, recipients consent to receive email notifications about loads, invoices, and account activity. Recipients may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting support.

8. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

HaulOS uses artificial intelligence to automate tasks including document reading, invoicing, and communications. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, particularly invoices, financial documents, and compliance records, before relying on them.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Tracking Dispatching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or business interruption.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data prior to cancellation.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes.
